Shipping Policies:
DOMESTIC-
- Shipping within India is INR 100 irrespective of the number of items bought.
- Shipping is free on purchases above INR 6000.
- Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST and OCTROI (only for the state of U.P).
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days (5–7 days during sale), unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications, kindly email us at info@mnboutik.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL-

- Shipping charges for our international customers are INR 3000.
- Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer.
- Our delivery partner is INDIA POST.
- Orders are dispatched once a week, post dispatch it takes 7-15 days to reach the destination. Unless fall finishing request is made by the customer through mail, in that case it might take longer depending the time it takes for finishing.
- Delivery will be done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@hathkargha.in within 2 hours, of placing order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Free garage saree policy: MRP products purchased with free Garage products are eligible for exchange only; Garage products cannot be returned or exchanged. Pre-draped sarees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We offer a hassle-free 10-days (from the date of delivery) return and exchange for products bought at MRP. Only exchange (same or higher value of any product) requests will be accepted for products bought during sales or at discounted prices.
- Items will be considered for refund/store credit/exchange only if it is unused, unaltered and with all tags still attached.
- Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products are delivered without tags.
All custom-made orders are non-returnable
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be directly initiated to the source account. For COD orders, you will receive a Cashgram link via SMS/email to redeem your refund.
- Complaints regarding defective or incorrect products and incomplete orders should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please share an image or video highlighting your concern. For all such queries, please write to us at info@mnboutik.com
